MadHoops operates using a dropshipping fulfillment model, meaning products are shipped directly from our manufacturing or fulfillment partners rather than from our own facilities. Because of this, order processing times may vary depending on the product, availability, and destination. Generally, orders are processed within 2–7 business daysbefore being shipped. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when available. Please note that processing times do not include shipping transit time, which may vary based on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are based on factors such as destination, product type, and order size. MadHoops currently offers both domestic and international shipping; however, delivery times for international orders may be longer due to customs clearance, carrier delays, or local postal services. Estimated delivery times are provided for reference only and are not guaranteed. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply once the shipment reaches its destination country.

While MadHoops works closely with trusted fulfillment partners to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for shipping delays caused by circumstances beyond our control. These may include, but are not limited to, carrier disruptions, weather conditions, customs inspections, supply chain interruptions, or high-volume periods. Because products are shipped directly from third-party suppliers, we are unable to modify shipping addresses or cancel orders once they have entered the processing stage.
